    Products that Inspire!

New From the Mormon Tabernacle Choir

Over 65 minutes of full vcoice choir.  “Glory! Music of Rejoicing” is big music, with 360 voices, and a big finish.

    Beautiful!

Beautiful hand turned wood oil vials

Local artist, Allen Givens, is making these incredible vials for your consecrated oil.  They are larger, so they fit your hand nicely, and hold a little more oil.  We currently have 12 different woods to choose from in stock.  He is also willing to do a custom set ( oil vial and pen/pencil) of a wood that you specify, perhaps from your mission, or where your missionary will be serving.  They are beautiful enough for Ladies as well, it’s not inappropriate for ladies to carry oil.  Being prepared is always a good thing.  Come on in and pick up a new oil vial.  Selection varies.

    Great New Reads . . .

Venom, a novel by K.C. Grant

Lit Fuse, the newest book by local author, Mike McPheters

Enduring Light, the sequel to the much loved “Borrowed Light”, by bestselling author Carla Kelly

    Invaluable, by Holly J Wood

    Coming Soon!

We are going to start a small used book section.  We are excited by this development and hope that you will be too.  While we work out the details, we are wondering about interest.  If you have books in your library that you think we would want, please email me, or reply to this email.

    2012
    HAPPY NEW YEAR,

WE HAVE SOME GREAT NEW THINGS COMING YOUR WAY THIS YEAR . . .

‘Glory’ the new album by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir should be in the store early next week.

Hillary Week’s newst album, “Every Step” is doing well on the charts.  “Every Step” is a lot more musically developed than her previous albums, and we think it’s a winner.  Lots in stock.

“Choose the Right” music for children 2012 is here as well.

Elder Bednar’s interactive book ” Increas in Learning” is back in stock.

Rocky Steele, author of “Forgotten Champions” has local roots.  This new book chronicles the story of the 1951 BYU Basketball Team.  “This is an amazingly informative historical perspective on the faces, issues, triumphs, and challenges in how the game was played in 1951 when BYU legends Mel Hutchins and Roland Minson led the Cougars to a remarkable but often forgotten NIT Championship. ”  Dick Harmon, Deseret News

We have lots of journals to help you record your personal goals and special experiences this year.

One of our goals this year is to give you the ability to buy from The Brass Plates, online.  We are working on developing that part of our website.  We appreicate your patience and support while we work on this.

As always, if you are looking forsomething in particular, we would be happy to let you know if it’s in stock with a phone call or an email, and if it needs to be ordered for you, we don’t charge shipping to get it in stock.  We carry most items that you will find online, right here.  While our store is small we are striving to bring you the latest and best in LDS products.

Happy new year to you, and your families.

    See you soon . . . .
